Conflicts in daily
business life are not only time consuming but they burden the
affected employees and negatively influence the working
environment, leading to high company costs. It is therefore
important to arm your employees and managers with the necessary
tools to diffuse such situations thus leading to a higher chance of
business success.
We offer two options in this
area:
SEMINAR CONFLICT
MANAGEMENT
In our conflicht management
seminars we train line employees and managers to understand their
own relationship to conflict as well as giving them tools to assist
them in managing conflict. Additionally we review typical
conflict situations We work with methods and techniques of
interaction and on solving work-related problems. This
seminar is offered as in-house. It is currently only
available in the German
language.
CONFLICT MANAGEMENT/ MEDIATION APPOINTMENTS
If there are specific conflict
situations - for example when two valuable employees cannot work
together and the discord is damaging not only the working
environment but individual results, then perhaps it is time to look
for assistance outside of the business. A mediation
appointment with a neutral third party (Conflict Manager/Mediator)
could be the answer. In this case we work with a time proven
5 step concept that will offer all involved parties a structure
that will lead them though the conflict and give them an
opportunity to find a mutually agreeable solution.
Appointments can be made directly with Frau Heike-Thierau-Brunner ,
an educated business mediator.
