•Born in Nordrhein-Westfalia, NRW / Germany.

•Studied psychology in Düsseldorf and Bochum with emphasis on business and organizational psychology as well as human resources management.

•Doctorate from the Ruhr-Universität Bochum: PhD Thesis on employee performance appraisals, working with the Continentale Versicherung, Dortmund.

•During studies and assignments abroad (with specific focus on the USA and Great Britain), worked for the Institut Dr. Jeserich as a personnel advisor, as well as consulting on personnel development at a number of international companies such as 3M, Messer Griesheim, and Deutsche Telekom.

•Employed for over 15 years by an international bank and an insurance company (WestLB AG and Cologne Re) on personnel development and personnel management, with the last position responsible for managing a project team charged with the implementation of national and international projects.

•Extensive experience in personnel development, training and business coaching.

• Experienced lecturer at a number of academies and universities including the FH  Niederrhein, BiTS Hochschule and FH Südwestfalen.

• Numerous publications in the areas of personnel development, conflict management and evaluation.

•Independent consultant since 2009 with emphasis on intercultural training, business coaching and training, as well as moderation and conflict management / mediation.

•Numerous additional seminars in the area of coaching, systematic consulting, organizational development, NLP (Neuro-linguistic-programming), communication, etc.
