•Moved to Europe in 1993, living first in Haarlem, The Netherlands followed by Hilden, Germany.
•Studied business at the University of Texas in Austin, Texas – graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), with concentration in accounting.
•Extensive financial and general management experience working with international companies in the fields of high technology, service and fashion.
•Key positions include Finance Director at DTM Corporation (with extensive international travel), General Manager of DTM GmbH (Germany,  including oversight over Italy,  Spain and the UK), General Manager of Cartoon Fashion NL  (The Netherlands, with oversight over Great Britain and Scandinavia) and Finance Director at Mayerton Refractories (Germany, with extended stays in England and China, as well as oversight over numerous international subsidiaries).
•Extensive board of director level experience.
•General management experience includes direct oversight over the functional areas of legal, human resources, facility management, personnel and accounting.
Independent consultant since 2009 with emphasis on intercultural training, business coaching and business finance.
